Demand Responsive Transport (Slinky) - Sedgmoore Provision for Demand Responsive Transport: 3 vehicles required to cover the geographical location on appendix 1. Contract Vehicles; associated maintenance; fuel provided. Please factor into your bid the associated costs of cash handling. See attached Slinky Contract documentation for detailed information of terms and conditions to supplement standard DPS terms and conditions of supply, standard templates and district zone information for areas and days of Service provision. Appendix 1 within the Slinky Contract contains detailed mapping of the geographical areas covered on which days, along with the location of each vehicle. As part of the contract, we will require the winning bidder to submit Data Return Sheets by the 15th of each month, copies of which are attached (Appendix 3). Prompt submission of returns will enable SC to analyse services across the life of the contract.
