Kuvaus
The scope of the procurement is concerning Integrated Planning Solution. The Procurement also includes implementation and support services for the integrated planning solution (Hereinafter “Suunta” or “Solution”). Also, procured services includes, but are not limited to following: • Software Service provided as COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf Software) with private cloud deployment, SaaS (Software as a Service) or a combination of these two, including all necessary licenses and software upgrades. • Delivery and Implementation Project • Integration Implementations required for system interoperability. • Migration services to ensure a successful transition. • Training Services (e.g. train-the-trainer) related to both implementation and effective use of the Solution. • Operational responsibilities in accordance with the provided Software Service, including: • Support and maintenance • Monitoring and administration • Continuous services • Continuous system development • Expert Services, ordered separately as needed, to support the Solution lifecycle.
