Kuvaus
The Unit for the Horn of Africa and Eastern Africa (hereinafter referred to as “Contracting Authority”) calls for this Invitation to Tender (ITT) with a purpose of requesting tenders on Technical Assistance service for the Implementation of the project Responsible and Innovative Land Administration in Ethiopia, Phase III (REILA III) (project code 23816966). The REILA III project will be implemented in coordination with the Ethiopian Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Land Administration and Use Directorate. It is a Federal level project with field activities in the Amhara and Benishangul-Gumuz regions. REILA III will build on the results of the previous two programmes, REILA II and the Agro-Business Induced Growth programme Phase II (AgroBIG II). The estimated value of the procurement is 4,622,019 euros (including fees and reimbursable costs, VAT excluded) + an option 5,500,000 euros. Duration of the contract will be four years with an option of two years extension. Other funds to be channelled through the Consultant according to the Project Document are operational costs of 4,760,981 euros and contingency of 117,000 euros.
