Kuvaus
The following services will be purchased in two separate lots where providers can differ. Firstly, high-throughput sequencing for Whole Genome sequencing (WGS), Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing (WGBS), and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) services. Secondly, circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) sequencing services including DNA extraction, and high-throughput sequencing for whole-genome shallow sequencing (sWGS) and whole-exome sequencing (WES). All services should include quality control measurements and library preparations. In the first part, estimated samples per year for WGS is 100-200, for RNA-seq 100-150 and for WGBS ~50. These samples are provided as extracted DNA and RNA. In the second part, we estimate to sequence ~80 samples for sWGS and ~40 for WES per year. Since these plasma samples are provided before extraction and may have too low amount of DNA, extraction is needed for ~150 samples per year. The study is part of an ongoing EU project DECIDER led by Professor Sampsa Hautaniemi at the University of Helsinki.
