Kuvaus
High-Risk Environment Training service for a European Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Finland (hereinafter also "the Client"). The service should include a range of subjects such as personnel security, situational awareness, conflict avoidance and management, routine / non-routine journey planning, reaction to incidents, emergency communication, navigation, mines awareness, working with security teams, medical training and kidnap avoidance. The training service should be course form and method of the course should include classroom based theoretical sessions followed by practical exercises that covered lessons learned. The controlled practical scenarios should be designed to replicate the operating environment and risks the attendees may experience when deployed. After the course each attendee should have an improved level of understanding on the threats associated with operating in high-risk regions, how to best prepare for deployment and a good understanding of the measures they could employ to reduce their risk exposure.
