Kuvaus
The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland invites economic operators to ex-press their interest to participate in the procurement of renovation works con-tract, in ground floor of Avenue de Cortenbergh 80 building. The Ministry is searching for principal contractor to carry out the construction activities in the permanent representation of Finland to EU. The work conduct-ed in this renovation is situated mainly on the ground floor and the courtyard. The area of changes in the interior is app. 450 m2 and the area of changes in the courtyard is app. 150 m2. The dimensions and quality of the lobby and office premises are normal and standard office level. The premises in the ground floor are mainly the entrance lobby, guard office, consular service and meeting rooms. The guard office and consular services will be security-classified and consist of reinforced structures. Plans, drawings and documents are prepared in English and the working lan-guage of the project is English.
