Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup energii elektrycznej na potrzeby Politechniki Białostockiej, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. - Prawo energetyczne (Dz. U. z 2022, poz. 1385 z pózn. zm.), zwanej dalej PE, do budynków oraz infrastruktury, zgodnie z posiadanymi tytułami prawnymi. Niniejsze zamówienie nie obejmuje usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej.
