Zapewnienie bezpiecznego korzystania z dróg krajowych administrowanych przez GDDKiA O/Wrocław Obwód Drogowy w Jordanowie Śląskim w okresie zimowym. Aby uzyskać odpowiedni, wymagany i oczekiwany poziom bezpieczeństwa użytkowania dróg krajowych w okresie zimowym należy przewidzieć wykonanie szeregu czynności i działań związanych z zapobieganiem powstawania i likwidacją śliskości zimowej, odśnieżaniem dróg, chodników, ścieżek rowerowych i ciągów pieszo-rowerowych oraz innych elementów dróg a także stosowaniem zasłon przeciwdziałającym zaśnieżaniu dróg przy występujących opadach, usuwaniem sopli lodowych z obiektów inżynierskich i bramownic
