Predmetom zákazky je komplexná obnova budovy Výučba 2 Ekonomickej univerzity v Bratislave, Dolnozemská 1 a zníženie jej energetickej náročnosti. Návrh rekonštrukcie počíta so zateplením obvodového plášťa, strechy s novou hydroizoláciou, výmenou pôvodných nevymenených otvorových konštrukcií – okná a dvere a nový bleskozvod.
