1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie i wykonanie robót budowlanych związanych z remontem odcinka kolektora Ślęza wykonanego w technologii rur żelbetowych o średnicy DN 1800 i DN 2500 w ul. Szczecińskiej oraz DN1800 w ul. Płaskiej we Wrocławiu o długości ok. 2 070 m. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności zaprojektowanie i wykonanie: a) remontu odcinków kolektora Ślęza poprzez renowację rurami GRP lub PEHD lub spiralnie zwijanymi SWP wraz z renowacją 22 szt. komór i likwidacją 6 szt. komór, b) rurociągów tymczasowych (tzw. bypassów) wraz z niezbędnym układem pompowym na czas remontu kolektora, c) zagospodarowania terenu, w tym m.in. dróg dojazdowych, d) innych obiektów i instalacji niezbędnych do zapewnienia realizacji przedmiotu umowy. Zamawiający przewiduje udzielanie zamówień podobnych, o których mowa w art. 388 pkt 2) ppkt c) Ustawy Pzp, w okresie nie dłuższym niż 3 lat od udzielenia zamówienia podstawowego i wartości nie przekraczającej 2 000 000, 00 zł. Zakres rzeczowy tych zamówień będzie dotyczył świadczeń, które rzeczowo są przedmiotem zamówienia podstawowego lub świadczeń pozostających z nimi w bezpośrednim związku.
