1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zapewnienie usługi wsparcia technicznego dla posiadanego przez Zamawiającego oprogramowania Red Hat oraz dostawa licencji szkoleniowych dla technologii Red Hat. W ramach przedmiotu zamówienia Zamawiający określa zakres podstawowy oraz zakres opcjonalny, którego wykorzystanie nie jest obowiązkiem Zamawiającego i jest zależne od jego aktualnych potrzeb. Zamówienie realizowane w ramach opcji jest jednostronnym uprawnieniem Zamawiającego, dlatego też nieskorzystanie przez Zamawiającego z opcji nie stanowi podstawy dla Wykonawcy do dochodzenia jakichkolwiek roszczeń w stosunku do Zamawiającego. 2. Wykonawca będzie świadczył Zamawiającemu w ramach: 2.1. zamówienia podstawowego: 1) Wsparcie techniczne dla posiadanego przez Zamawiającego oprogramowania Red Hat (Tabela nr 1 w Rozdziale II SWZ - OPZ) na okres 12 miesięcy, na potrzeby eksploatowanej przez Zamawiającego Chmury prywatnej; 2) dostawa licencji szkoleniowych, w ramach Red Hat Learning Subscription (RHLS220) lub równoważnych, w zakresie platform: a. OpenStack – 2 szt. b. Ceph – 2 szt. c. OpenShift, AAP – 2 szt.; 2.2. zamówienia opcjonalnego I (Opcja I): 1) Wsparcie techniczne dla posiadanego przez …
