Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych z terenu gminy Żychlin, obejmującej: a) Odbiór odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, położonych na terenie gminy Żychlin, b) Transport odpadów komunalnych z terenu gminy Żychlin do miejsca ich zagospodarowania, c) Zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych odebranych z terenu gminy Żychlin.
