Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Zakup oprogramowania do zarządzania Zakładem Patomorfologii Katowickiego Centrum Onkologii, zgodnie z Załącznikiem Nr 2 do SWZ – Oferta Cenowa. 2. Parametry techniczno-funkcjonalne określone zostały w Załączniku Nr 4 do SWZ. 3. Zamówienie obejmuje również: 1. dostarczenie, instalację, konfigurację, uruchomienie, udzielenie bezterminowych licencji na czas niekreślony na system 2. instruktaż personelu w zakresie obsługi i praktycznego wykorzystania systemu, po uprzednim pisemnym uzgodnieniu terminu z Zamawiającym zakończone podpisaniem „Protokołu instruktażu” , 3. przekazanie do użytkowania wraz z wszystkimi wymaganymi atestami, certyfikatami, 4. 24 miesięczną gwarancję liczoną od daty podpisania przez upoważnionych przedstawicieli Zamawiającego i Wykonawcy „Protokołu końcowego odbioru przedmiotu zamówienia”, 12 miesięczny serwis pogwarancyjny.
