Description

Niniejsze postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1605 ze zm.), zwanej dalej „ustawą PZP”. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa niskoemisyjnego autobusu szkolnego oraz budowa stacji ładowania w Kobylance.(parking przy urzędzie gminy) 2. Nazwy i kody Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień (Klasyfikacji CPV): 34144910-0 Autobusy elektryczne 31158000-8 Ładowarki 3. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na dwie Części: 1) Część I zamówienia obejmuje dostawę autobusu. 2) Część II zamówienia obejmuje budowę stacji ładowania. 4. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Wykonawcy według własnego uznania mogą złożyć ofertę na jedną bądź obydwie części przedmiotu zamówienia.
