Przedmiotem zamówienia jest 1) dostawa licencji na korzystanie z następujących modułów Systemu: QUORUM QDeklaracje, QUORUM eIK (w tym eWnioski), QUORUM QJPK, QUORUM eDoQ2 i QUORUM ePartner - zakres i warunki licencji opisane są w Załączniku nr 3 do Umowy. Dla modułów QUORUM eDoQ2 i QUORUM ePartner nie stosuje się fragmentu punktu 9 przedmiotowego załącznika: „i zostaje udzielona na czas określony, tj. jest ważna przez okres, za który wniesiono opłatę abonamentową zgodnie z Umową”, 2) świadczenie usług Utrzymania Systemu.
