1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup sprzętu IT (dwóch serwerów i trzech macierzy dyskowych) na potrzeby Urzędu Miasta Stalowej Woli i jednostek organizacyjnych Gminy Stalowa Wola wraz z gwarancją na dostarczony sprzęt zgodnie z załączonym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu oraz wymagania względem wykonawcy zostały opisane w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 3. Zamawiający nie wymaga przeprowadzenia przez Wykonawcy wizji lokalnej lub sprawdzenia przez niego dokumentów niezbędnych do realizacji zamówienia na miejscu u Zamawiającego. 4. Zamawiający nie określa wymagań związanych z zatrudnianiem osób przez Wykonawca stosownie do art. 95 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp. 5. Zamawiający nie określa dodatkowych wymagań związanych z zatrudnianiem osób, o których mowa w art. 96 ust. 2 pkt 2 ustawy Pzp
