Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Zakup aparatury medycznej dla Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. (kolposkop, aparat do neuromonitoringu, pompy infuzyjne) 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na trzy części: Część 1: Kolposkop, Część 2: Aparat do Neuromonitoringu, Część 3: Pompy infuzyjne. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określający wymagania Zamawiającego i ilości, zawarty jest w zał. nr 3 do SWZ – Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia oraz w zał. nr 6 do SWZ – Projekcie umowy. Wykonawca wypełniając wskazane w pozycje w niniejszym załączniku, potwierdza spełnianie wymagań określonych przez Zamawiającego. 4. Oferowane przedmioty zamówienia muszą być kompletne, o wysokim standardzie zarówno pod względem jakości jak i funkcjonalności, a także wolne od wad materiałowych, konstrukcyjnych i prawnych. 5. Oferowane przedmioty zamówienia muszą być dopuszczone do obrotu i używania zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa. 6. We wszystkich zapisach SWZ oraz jej załącznikach, w których Zamawiający odwołuje się do norm, aprobat, specyfikacji technicznych lub systemów odniesienia bądź wskazane są znaki towarowe, parametry lub źródła pochodzenia (nazwy producentów lub urządzeń), zgodnie z art. 99 ust…
