Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Zagospodarowanie odpadów o kodzie 19 12 10 – odpady palne (paliwo alternatywne) oraz zagospodarowanie odpadów o kodzie 19 12 12 (powyżej 80 mm) – Inne odpady (w tym zmieszane substancje i przedmioty z mechanicznej obróbki odpadów inne niż wymienione w 19 12 11) z Zakładu Zagospodarowania Odpadów (ZZO) w Nowym Sączu przy ul. Tarnowskiej 120. Szacunkowa ilość odpadów do zagospodarowania łącznie 24 000 [Mg] w tym: 19 12 10 – 20 000 [Mg] oraz 19 12 12 – 4 000 [Mg]. Zamawiający zastrzega, że tak określona ilość odpadów jest ilością orientacyjną i zagospodarowanie odpadów w ilości mniejszej, niż 24 000 [Mg] nie rodzi jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzialności ze strony Zamawiającego, z zastrzeżeniem, że Zamawiający jest zobowiązany do przekazania Wykonawcy w celu zagospodarowania co najmniej 4 000 [Mg] odpadów, a za nieprzekazanie tej minimalnej ilości Zamawiający ponosi odpowiedzialność odszkodowawczą na zasadach ogólnych przewidzianych prawem powszechnie obowiązującym. Minimalny próg odpadów, które Zamawiający przekaże Wykonawcy w celu zagospodarowania, to 4 000 Mg.
