1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych powstających w gminnym systemie gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi oraz, w odrębnej części XII, prowadzenie, obsługę i utrzymanie stacjonarnego Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych dla mieszkańców Gminy Pniewy wraz z transportem i zagospodarowaniem odpadów przyjętych w PSZOK. 2. Wykonawca może realizować część XII w istniejącym PSZOK „Polana Recyklingu” przy ul. Strzeleckiej w Pniewach albo w innym stacjonarnym PSZOK zlokalizowanym na terenie Gminy Pniewy, spełniającym wszystkie wymagania SWZ, OPZ oraz obowiązujących przepisów prawa.
