Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie Gminie Zakrzewo długoterminowego kredytu w wysokości 5 000 000,00 zł (słownie: pięć milionów złotych 00/100). Kod CPV: 66113000-5 - usługi udzielania kredytu. Kredyt przeznaczony jest na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Zakrzewo w 2026 roku, zgodnie z Uchwałą Nr XX/116/2026 Rady Gminy Zakrzewo z dnia 27 kwietnia 2026 r. w sprawie zaciągnięcia kredytu długoterminowego. Kredyt zostanie uruchomiony w 2026 roku, jednorazowo lub w transzach, zależnie od potrzeb Zamawiającego, na podstawie dyspozycji przekazanej Bankowi w sposób przewidziany w umowie. Całość kredytu zostanie postawiona do dyspozycji Zamawiającego nie później niż do 31 grudnia 2026 r. Uruchomienie kredytu nastąpi bezgotówkowo, przelewem na rachunek bankowy Gminy Zakrzewo wskazany w dyspozycji uruchomienia transzy. Okres kredytowania: od dnia zawarcia umowy do 31 grudnia 2036 r.
