Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie, dostawa i instalacja urządzeń, w tym SSC wraz z infrastrukturą techniczną na odcinku linii nr 353 Poznań Wschód – Skandawa od km 199,350 (granica IZ Olsztyn) do km 222,457 (st. Jamielnik) zgodnie z postanowieniami instrukcji Ipi-6 wraz z zabudową terminala operatora CSDIP-O na stacji Iława Główna w km 229,672 linii kolejowej nr 353. Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art. 388 pkt 2) lit. c) Ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia przedstawiony został w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ) stanowiącym Tom III SWZ.
