Predmetom zákazky je zabezpečenie stravovania pre zamestnancov verejného obstarávateľa v súlade s ustanovením § 152 zákona č. 311/2001 Z. z. Zákonníka práce v platnom znení, v zariadeniach partnerov uchádzača (ďalej len stravovacie zariadenia), v ktorých sú poskytované teplé hlavné jedlá vrátane vhodných nápojov alebo v ktorých sa predáva potravinový tovar, a to prostredníctvom elektronických stravovacích poukážok asociovaných k elektronickým stravovacím kartám.
