Predmetom zákazky je zabezpečenie prístupu a využitia satelitných verejných telekomunikačných sietí pre potreby Slovenskej televízie a rozhlasu na účely šírenia televízneho vysielania jednotlivých programových služieb v rámci satelitnej platformy Astra 3C (23,5° E), ktorá je verejnou sieťou podľa § 2 ods. 3 zákona č. 452/2021 Z. z . o elektronických komunikáciách.
