1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę, integrację, konfigurację, uruchomienie oraz przetestowanie kompletnego systemu przeznaczonego do rejestracji, generowania i analizy sygnałów pomiarowych oraz sterujących, umożliwiającego prowadzenie dynamicznych badań rezonansowych 3D, w tym jednoczesne wzbudzanie badanego obiektu, rejestrację jego odpowiedzi oraz analizę zarejestrowanych danych. 2. Termin wykonania zamówienia wynosi do 6 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia umowy, jednak nie dłużej niż do 31.05.2027 r., z uwagi na konieczność rozliczenia środków z projektu. 3. Oferowany przedmiot zamówienia nie może obejmować: 1) produktu ICT, usługi ICT lub procesu ICT wskazanych w rekomendacji, o której mowa w art. 33 ust. 4 ustawy o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, stwierdzającej ich negatywny wpływ na podstawowy interes bezpieczeństwa państwa; 2) produktu ICT, którego typ został określony w decyzji w sprawie uznania dostawcy za dostawcę wysokiego ryzyka, o której mowa w art. 67b ust. 15 ustawy o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, ani usługi ICT lub procesu ICT określonych w takiej decyzji.
