Description
Het door Opdrachtnemer laten verrichten van de levering, hosting en onderhoud van een Zaak- en VTH applicatie, op basis van open source software, alsmede het verrichten van ondersteunende dienstverlening voor deze applicatie. Met Opdrachtnemer wordt een overeenkomst aangegaan voor een initiële contactperiode van 5 jaar, met 5 maal de mogelijkheid om de overeenkomst met één jaar te verlengen. Maximale duur van de overeenkomst is tien jaar. Contractwaarde: 1.5 – 2.0 miljoen euro.
