De opdracht betreft één perceel: Accountancy dienstverlening. De gevraagde dienstverlening bestaat op hoofdlijnen uit: • Controle van de jaarrekening (inclusief Sisa verantwoording) uitmondend in een controleverklaring; • Advisering ten aanzien van bedrijfsprocessen en overige ontwikkelingen naar aanleiding van de controlewerkzaamheden (natuurlijke adviesfunctie); • Overige additionele opdrachten; bijvoorbeeld controle van de verantwoording van (subsidie) projecten. De verwachte ingangsdatum is 2 juli 2026, de einddatum van deze initiële overeenkomst zal 1 juli 2030 zijn. Inclusief de verlengingsopties van 3 x 1 jaar (totaal 3 jaar) is de maximale einddatum 02 juli 2033.
