Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης αποτελεί, η ανάπτυξη ενός νέου Συστήματος Ετοιμότητας και Αντιμετώπισης Εκτάκτων Αναγκών Δημόσιας Υγείας (PHEPR) προκειμένου να βελτιωθεί η επιχειρησιακή ικανότητα του ΕΟΔΥ και γενικότερα των Φορέων Δημόσιας Υγείας. Για την υλοποίηση του φυσικού αντικειμένου θα πρέπει να αναπτυχθεί ένα σύνολο δράσεων που αφορούν: α) στον επιχειρησιακό σχεδιασμό ενός νέου Συστήματος Ετοιμότητας και Αντιμετώπισης Εκτάκτων Αναγκών Δημόσιας Υγείας (ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΚΟ ΚΑΙ ΕΠΙΧΕΙΡΗΣΙΑΚΟ ΕΠΙΠΕΔΟ), β) Στη δημιουργία Κέντρου Επιχειρήσεων Ετοιμότητας και Αντιμετώπισης Εκτάκτων Αναγκών Δημόσιας Υγείας, με τον αναγκαίο εξοπλισμό και υποδομές πληροφορικής, γ) στη λειτουργία ολοκληρωμένων συστημάτων υποβοήθησης λήψης επιχειρησιακών αποφάσεων σχετικά με τη Δημόσια Υγεία με βάση δημογραφικά και υγειονομικά δεδομένα, τις υφιστάμενες πηγές και όποτε είναι απαραίτητο προγνωστικά μοντέλα και αλγορίθμους εκτίμησης και δ) στην εκπαίδευση των εταίρων που εμπλέκονται σε δραστηριότητες Ετοιμότητας και Αντιμετώπισης Εκτάκτων Αναγκών για τη δημιουργία προσαρμοσμένων εκπαιδευτικών σεναρίων, εικονικών ασκήσεων και προσομοιώσεων βασισμένων σε ιστορικά δεδομένα και πραγματικές συνθήκες.
