Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι οι υπηρεσίες φιλοξενίας για τη διοργάνωση του 65ου Φεστιβάλ Κινηματογράφου Θεσσαλονίκης, το οποίο θα διαρκέσει 11 συνεχείς ημέρες, από ημέρα Πέμπτη έως ημέρα Κυριακή, από τις 31 Οκτωβρίου έως τις 10 Νοεμβρίου 2024.
