Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι οι υπηρεσίες φιλοξενίας για τη διοργάνωση του 27ου Φεστιβάλ Ντοκιμαντέρ Θεσσαλονίκης, το οποίο θα διαρκέσει 11 συνεχείς ημέρες, από ημέρα Πέμπτη έως ημέρα Κυριακή, από τις 06 Μαρτίου έως τις 16 Μαρτίου 2025.
