Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσίας λειοτεμαχισμού πράσινων αποβλήτων και προ-επεξεργασίας ογκωδών αποβλήτων που θα καλύψει τις ανάγκες της Δ/νσης Καθαριότητας και Ανακύκλωσης του Δήμου για τη διαχείριση του μεγάλου όγκου πράσινων (αναμεμειγμένων και μη) αποβλήτων που συσσωρεύονται στο δημοτικό ΣΜΑ με την μείωση του όγκου τους και την έγκαιρη απομάκρυνσής τους από αυτόν, με τον πλέον οικονομικό και περιβαλλοντικά ορθό τρόπο.
