Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η ανάθεση υπηρεσιών εναλλακτικής διαχείρισης των στερεών και ογκωδών αποβλήτων, όπως και αυτών που προέρχονται από εκσκαφές-κατεδαφίσεις-κατασκευές σε πιστοποιημένο/ους πάροχο/ους, με στόχους την ανάκτηση αξιοποιήσιμων κλασμάτων και κατ’ επέκταση τη μείωση της ποσότητας των αποβλήτων που οδηγούνται σε υγειονομική ταφή.
