Description
Hankinnan kohteena oli ympärivuorokautisen perhekuntoutuksen palvelut sopimuskaudelle 1.6.2024 - 31.5.2025. Hankinta toteutettiin 302658 Lastensuojelun ostopalvelut, Siun sote dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmään liittyvänä sisäisenä kilpailutuksena. Sopimuksessa noudatetaan kaikkia dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän ehtoja, mikäli tarjouspyyntö ei niitä muuta. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset.
