Description
Hankinnan kohteena olivat talous- ja henkilöstöhallinnon palvelut ja järjestelmät Polkka - Pohjois-Karjalan tukipalvelut oy:n käyttöön kokonaispalveluna. Sopimuskausi on 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2028, jonka jälkeen sopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi kalenterivuoden kerrallaan kuitenkin siten, että ensimmäinen mahdollinen sopimuksen päättymispäivä on 31.12.2028. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset.
