Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης αποτελεί η υλοποίηση και υποστήριξη Συστήματος Ενημέρωσης Πολιτών στο ΟΠΣ ΕΣΠΑ για την ΠΠ 2021-­­2027. Το Σύστημα θα παρέχει στους επισκέπτες δεδομένα και αρχεία τόσο σε μορφή ιστοτόπου όσο και με τη μορφή ανοιχτών δεδομένων, θα έχει διαλειτουργικότητα με συναφή συστήματα της Δημόσιας Διοίκησης και της ΕΕ, θα διαθέτει χαρακτηριστικά GIS και η εικαστική και λειτουργική προσέγγιση θα είναι σε συμφωνία με τον Οδηγό Επικοινωνίας και τον Οδηγό Σχεδίασης Ιστοσελίδων του ΕΣΠΑ. Ιδιαίτερα σημαντική κρίνεται η υποστήριξη προσβασιμότητας για ευπαθείς ομάδες. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, το έργο θα περιλαμβάνει: • Μελέτη αναγκών και εφαρμογής για την ανάλυση των απαιτήσεων του νέου Συστήματος • Την ανάπτυξη του νέου συστήματος και τη θέση του σε λειτουργία • Την ενεργοποίηση αδειών χρήσης λογισμικού που ενδεχομένως να χρειαστούν • Υπηρεσίες υποστήριξης για τουλάχιστον 5 ανθρωπομήνες σε διάρκεια 12 μηνών • Εκπαιδεύσεις στελεχών της ΥΟΠΣ για την εξοικείωσή τους στη χρήση του νέου Συστήματος • Εγγύηση καλή λειτουργίας του νέου συστήματος για 24 μήνες
