1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa wyrobów medycznych jednorazowego użytku do siedziby Zamawiającego - Magazynu Centralnego Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego we Wrocławiu, zwanych dalej „wyrobami” lub „przedmiotem zamówienia”. 2.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym rodzaj, minimalne parametry oraz ilości poszczególnych wyrobów określają formularze asortymentowo-cenowe stanowiące Załączniki nr 1.1 – 1.105 do Formularza Ofertowego, stanowiącego Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
