Dostawa będzie realizowana w ramach projektu nr KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0093/24., pn.: „Poprawa dostępności i jakości opieki onkologicznej poprzez zakup wyrobów i urządzeń medycznych oraz modernizację infrastruktury Szpitala Praskiego pw. Przemienienia Pańskiego Sp. z o. o.”, w ramach dofinansowania D.1.1.1 „Rozwój i modernizacja infrastruktury centrów opieki wysokospecjalistycznej i innych podmiotów leczniczych.” Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wymiana systemu RIS oraz wymiana i rozbudowa serwerów PACS z rozbudowaniem opcji AI, pełną integracją z systemem szpitalnym oraz możliwością zdalnego przeglądania i opisu badań, Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz jego realizacji znajduje się w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz Załączniku nr 7 do SWZ – projekt umowy. Dodatkowe informacje: 1) dostawy muszą być zrealizowane odpowiednim środkiem transportu i zabezpieczone na czas transportu, 2) oznakowanie dostarczonych wyrobów, instrukcje użytkowania, opis wyrobu, etykiety (oryginalne) muszą być sporządzone w języku polskim, 3) oferowany przedmiot zamówienia musi być wyrobem fabrycznie nowym, dopuszczonym do obrotu na terenie UE, kompletnym oraz wolnym od wad technicznych …
