Description
Procedura otwarta. Postępowanie prowadzone będzie w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie art. 129 ust. 1 pkt 1) w zw. z art. 129 ust. 2 oraz art. 132-139 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1320 - „PZP”) oraz aktów wykonawczych do PZP. Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna gospodarki szkółkarskiej, do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Skrwilno w roku 2026r.
