Description
Postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie art. 129 ust. 1 pkt 1) w zw. z art. 129 ust. 2 oraz art. 132-139 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1320 z późn. zm. - „PZP”) oraz aktów wykonawczych do PZP. Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 530 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz gospodarki szkółkarskiej do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Skrwilno w roku 2025. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje sumaryczne ilości prac z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz gospodarki szkółkarskiej wynikające z Załącznika nr 2 do SWZ. Standardy jakościowe odnoszące się do wszystkich istotnych cech przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ, na który składają się: Załącznik nr 3.1. „Opis standardu technologii wykonawstwa prac leśnych" przyjęty decyzją nr 45 Dyrektora Generalnego Lasów Państwowych…
