Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 663 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz zabezpieczania upraw przez wznoszenie grodzeń, gospodarki łąkowo- rolnej, szkółkarstwa, nasiennictwa, utrzymania obiektów leśnych, oraz inne prace z zakresu gospodarki leśnej do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Rudnik w roku 2027. Szczegółowy zakres prac zawarty jest w dokumentach zamówienia, specyfikacji warunków zamówienia i jej załącznikach. Przetarg nieograniczony na podstawie art. 129 ust. 1 pkt 1) w zw. z art. 129 ust. 2 oraz art. 132 - 139 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (tekst jedn. Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 793 ze zm.)
