Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 530 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, nasiennictwa i szkółkarstwa, ochrony przyrody i ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna, przygotowania gleby i melioracji agrotechnicznych oraz utrzymania infrastruktury turystycznej i edukacyjnej do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Lipusz w roku 2025. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 6 części (6 Pakietów). Planowana data rozpoczęcia i zakończenia realizacji umowy: 02.01.2025 - 31.12.2025r.
