Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 663 z późn. zm – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz gospodarki szkółkarskiej, do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Dwukoły w roku 2027. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje sumaryczne ilości prac z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz gospodarki szkółkarskiej wynikające z Załącznika nr 2 do SWZ. Zakresy rzeczowe zestawione w załącznikach wchodzących w skład Załącznika nr 2 mają charakter szacunkowy. Standardy jakościowe odnoszące się do wszystkich istotnych cech przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
