1.Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest wykonywanie usług serwisowych rezonansu magnetycznego Optima MR 360 ze stacją diagnostyczno-opisową AW, strzykawką automatyczną Medrad i systemem UPS dla Szpitala Wojewódzkiego im. Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Łomży, zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia zawartym w Załączniku nr 8 do SWZ. 2. Warunki dotyczące realizacji zamówienia zostały określone we wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ.
