Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług polegającej na wykonaniu okresowych przeglądów technicznych, napraw i konserwacji aparatury medycznej znajdującej się w Samodzielnym Publicznym Specjalistycznym Zakładzie Opieki Zdrowotnej „Zdroje”.Przedmiot zamówienia jest podzielony na 119 części zwanych pakietami. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Oferta powinna obejmować całość przedmiotu zamówienia w danym pakiecie. Świadczenie usługi polegającej na: 1) wykonaniu okresowych przeglądów technicznych, konserwacji i naprawy aparatury medycznej (sprzętu, urządzeń) znajdującej się w Samodzielnym Publicznym Specjalistycznym Zakładzie Opieki Zdrowotnej "Zdroje" - pakiet od 1 do 86 2) wykonaniu okresowych przeglądów technicznych aparatury medycznej (sprzętu, urządzeń) znajdującej się w Samodzielnym Publicznym Specjalistycznym Zakładzie Opieki Zdrowotnej "Zdroje" - pakiet od 87 do 119
