Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie prac konserwacyjno-geodezyjnych na polsko – słowackiej granicy państwowej (etap 2). Zamówienie udzielane jest w 2 częściach, z których każda stanowi przedmiot odrębnego postępowania, przy czym w ramach realizacji części 1 i 2 zamówienia Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość skorzystania z prawa opcji. Odcinek objęty zamówieniem w części 1: zamówienie podstawowe: od znaku granicznego nr I/156 do znaku granicznego nr I/207/13, zamówienie opcjonalne: od znaku granicznego nr I/207/14 do znaku granicznego nr I/227/11; Odcinki objęte zamówieniem w części 2: zamówienie podstawowe: od znaku granicznego nr I/276 do znaku granicznego nr II/8a oraz od znaku granicznego nr II/16b do znaku granicznego nr II/52a, zamówienie opcjonalne: od znaku granicznego nr I/253a do znaku granicznego nr I/275/14b. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia określono w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (Załączniki nr 1a i 1b do SWZ). Minimalny okres gwarancji (dla części 1 i 2 zamówienia) wynosi 36 miesięcy na wykonane prace, licząc od daty podpisania bez zastrzeżeń przez Zamawiającego protokołu odbioru wykonanych prac.
