Description
Deze toelatingsprocedure betreft de maatwerkvoorzieningen op het gebied van Wmo ambulante begeleiding en respijtverblijf, beschermd thuis, begeleid wonen in een safehouse en beschermd wonen (hierna te noemen Inkoop Wmo begeleiding & beschermd wonen). Onderstaand een indicatie van het huidige aantal cliënten per productcategorie: Productcategorie Aantal cliënten Ambulante begeleiding 1.525 Respijtverblijf 80 Beschermd thuis 67 Beschermd wonen* 191 Begeleid wonen in een safehouse 10 * Daarnaast staan er 53 cliënten op de wachtlijst voor beschermd wonen. Meer dan de helft hiervan zijn jongeren tot 27 jaar.
Award criteria
- Price — Het onderdeel prijs is pro forma aangezien er met vaste tarieven wordt gewerkt. Bij de indiening van de aanbieding kan er bij prijs het fictieve bedrag van € 1,-- worden ingevuld.
- Quality — In deze procedure gelden de in hoofdstuk 3.4 genoemde geschiktheidseisen. Bij elke eis is aangegeven hoe de gegadigde moet aantonen dat de eis op hem van toepassing is.
