Description
De opdracht bestaat uit het inrichten, implementeren en technisch beheren van een applicatie voor de gebruiksvriendelijk en efficiënte ondersteuning van het Planning & Control proces. De applicatie dient zodanig te worden ingericht dat deze volledig voldoet aan vereisten vanuit de wet BBV. De Planning en Control producten (kadernota, begroting, zomerrapportage en jaarrekening) dienen zowel in “boekvorm” als in digitale vorm beschikbaar te komen. Inrichten, implementeren en technisch beheren van een applicatie.
Award criteria
- Price — De beoordeling van het gunningscriterium ‘prijs’ gebeurt op basis van de totaalprijs zoals blijkt uit het prijzenblad
- Quality — Onder kwaliteit wordt de wijze van invulling van de wensen verstaan. Voor elk van de wensen zijn punten te verdienen.
