Deze aankondiging wordt enkel gebruikt om de voorgenomen procedurekeuze vooraf bekend te stellen aan de markt teneinde belanghebbenden in de gelegenheid te stellen om eventuele bezwaren kenbaar te maken. Indien belanghebbenden, ondanks bovenstaande motivering, bezwaar wensen aan te tekenen tegen bovengenoemd voornemen, dienen zij binnen een termijn van 20 kalenderdagen na publicatie van deze aankondiging een met reden omkleed bezwaar tegen de voortzetting van deze procedure in te dienen.
