Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens war die Beschaffung von Werbeagenturleistungen für die Österreichische Apothekerkammer (insb Strategie u. Beratung; Planung u. Umsetzung von 360-Grad-Werbekampagnen; Online- u. Performance Marketing; Content-Erstellung; Media-Planung; Guerilla Marketing, Brand Experience; Projektmanagement; Reportings; Medienarbeit). Zu diesem Zweck hat die Auftraggeberin eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einer RV-Partnerin mit einer Laufzeit von 3 Jahren abgeschlossen.
