Description
De gemeente Apeldoorn wil komen tot een samenhangend en toekomstbestendig wayfinding-systeem voor de binnenstad en de directe omgeving daarvan. Wayfinding wordt daarbij niet alleen gezien als bewegwijzering, maar als een integraal systeem waarin informatie, openbare ruimte en de identiteit van de binnenstad met elkaar worden verbonden. Het doel van deze opdracht is het ontwikkelen en realiseren van een wayfinding-aanpak die bijdraagt aan een logische, leesbare en aantrekkelijke binnenstad. Bezoekers moeten zich gemakkelijk kunnen verplaatsen van en naar belangrijke toegangspunten, zoals het station, parkeervoorzieningen en entrees van de binnenstad, en zich vervolgens intuïtief kunnen oriënteren binnen het centrumgebied.
