Description
SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange und weitere Gebäude mit nicht schulischer Nutzung, nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften, und die mehr als 400 Schulen und 17 weitere Gebäude an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. Die GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH (nachstehend GMH genannt) ist ein städtisches Unternehmen, welches u.a. für über 50 allgemeinbildende Schulimmobilien im Süden Hamburgs (Wilhelmsburg und Harburg) sowie für Gebäude des Sport- und Sonderbaus die Dienstleistungen des Baus, des Betriebes und der Bewirtschaftung wahrnimmt. Die Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg, Finanzbehörde, SBH und GMH als Auftraggeber (AG) vergeben die jährliche Wartung von Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsanlagen gemäß DIN 18232 und DIN 57833 an den Standorten (WE) der staatlichen Schulen sowie an diversen Immobilien von GMH – Hochschulbau | Sport und Sonderimmobilien (ca. 337 bei SBH und ca. 65 bei GMH) in Hamburg.
